Adult entertainment superstar Monica Mayhem is used to being downloaded, drawing a crowd and taking control of a stage. All three of these elements will be part of her busy spring schedule as Monica’s musical career blends with her adult film success for some fantastic new projects.

Monica’s first single “Escape” is now available for download on iTunes and other digital outlets. The song "is about trying to escape the negative thoughts in your mind when life gets you down. It's basically a unique style of rock. I am really proud of 'Escape',” says Monica. “It is a song that means a lot to me and the early feedback I am getting is fantastic!”

Monica’s adult film fans will have a chance to meet her at Adultcon in Los Angeles, CA April 9-11. She will be signing alongside Sunny Leone and Monique Alexander. Monica will have her auto-biography "Absolute Mayhem - Confessions of an Aussie Pornstar," 8x10’s and copies of her movies available to sign as well as meeting and posing for photos with fans.

“I always love meeting fans,” says an excited Monica! “Whether it’s on stage or a signing they always bring such great energy. Plus I get to spend time with Sunny and Monique and that’s always a good time!"

Adding to her growing resume of mainstream credits, Monica has signed on to do a reality show called “Tight.” It chronicles the adventures of an “all-girl rock” band made up of sexy adult film stars managed by another sexy adult film star. The three hot young adult stars joining the band with Monica will be Layla Labelle, Tuesday Cross and Alicia Andrews with Bree Olsen acting as their manager.

Monica will handle lead vocals as the band hits the road for shows in Las Vegas, Denver, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Vegas, Reno, Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Adam & Eve plan an X-rated project around the cast as well.

“This is a really exciting opportunity for all of us,” adds Monica. “It’s going to be a lot of hard work, but I’m gonna make sure it’s also a hell of a good time! 'Tight' will surely be entertaining for all to watch!“

SWEET AVENGE OFFERS MUSIC & 'MAYHEM'

( LOS ANGELES, CA ) For millions of adult film fans, the name Monica Mayhem is synonymous with beauty, class and intense sexual energy. The multi-talented performer is proud of her adult career and still dazzles fans on film and on the road. Always expanding on her entertainment resume, Monica also lights up the stage with her band Sweet Avenge.

The band already has 8 demo songs available online. They are currently writing and recording more in hopes of having an album completed and available to the public by the end of 2009.

Sweet Avenge is featured in the movie Rockstar/Pornstar by Sex Line Sinema. The movie is about Monica’s life as both a rockstar and a pornstar. It features interviews with band members, a music video for the song “In Control” and of course, sex with groupies.

“The music is unique,” says Monica. “It is rock with a little metal and a little punk flavor. It is hard to classify because every song is different.”

The band is planning a tour for early next year after the release of their album. They played at the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood for the FOXE Awards.

Monica writes the band’s music with guitarist Cordell Crockett from Ugly Kid Joe. Their collaboration has thus far been quite prolific.

“I write all the melodies and lyrics, and Cordell writes all the music,” Monica states. “We have great writing chemistry. Our schedules make it tough to work, but it's better to take your time and get it right, rather than rushing into an album.”

In addition to her busy music career, Monica continues to be one of the most sought after feature dancers on the circuit.

Fans can catch Monica’s high energy show in Texas this week. She will be in Pasadena, TX for ten blistering shows over three nights at Moments. It is sure to be a hot time in the Lone Star State.

After the Texas gig, Monica is off to Australia for three weeks of dancing and appearances "Down Under." She will be signing at the AdultEX, Australia’s premier adult expo in Lorne, Victoria March 26-29. From there she will head to Melbourne for a three night engagement at the Spearmint Rhino April 2-4th.

With barely time to catch her breath, Monica will be back in the States April 16th for gigs in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

( LOS ANGELES, CA ) Stunning super star Monica Mayhem is a woman of many talents. Many of her skills have been on display since she entered the adult entertainment industry eight years ago.
